The hotel felt like a Residence Inn with no washing machine for clothes or a view, and there was a noticeable smell of strong seasonings from cooking. It tried to be modern but was somewhat hard to use. The service varied from initially unhelpful to awesome, with a mixed level of helpfulness. The location was convenient but not ideally placed, in the general area of Aventura Mall. The dining experience started good but then became boring. Overall, it had its ups and downs.
